The Tap Disintegrator Machine, Metal Disintegrator Machine (MDM), Spark Eroder Machine or Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) are designed for removing broken taps, drills, bolts, dowels studs and broken tools etc or simply to make holes in metal that otherwise cannot be drilled by conventional means.

The disintegrating process breaks down metal particles into small fragments. These are then flushed away by fluid which runs through the disintegrator head without damage to component.
